As a Personal Chef and Holistic Nutrition Specialist I proudly serve the East Bay with customized menus for people who can’t or don’t cook for themselves, specializing in special diets: gluten-free, low-sodium, heart-healthy, paleo, CKD and Diabetes and ICC Nutrition during and after cancer treatment.  I also provide Nutritional Coaching and Healthy Living Makeovers for clients wishing to optimize their health and well-being through positive dietary changes.

I cook for seniors who need nutritious meals prepared in their home, anyone who may be on restricted diets for health reasons and for busy families and singles with little time to shop or prepare meals.  Ask me to create a fantastic Dinner for Six so you can relax and enjoy entertaining your friends….or maybe it’s just a special romantic dinner for two!
