Country Ribs in Red Wine
Trim and cut pork into 1.5 inch pieces. Dredge in flour, salt, pepper and paprika. Brown turning in oil until all sides are golden brown. Remove from pan and place in covered baking dish. Sprinkle garlic over meat and cover all with red wine.
